Abstract

This work aims to synthesize five-membered N-heterocycles, using greener methods, such as multicomponent reactions and one-pot reactions, in addition to studying gamma lactams through the Ugi reaction. The evaluation of enantioselectivity in Ugi, Michael and aziridination reactions with chiral organocatalysts will also be addressed. In parallel, the asymmetric synthesis of (-)-clausenamide will be carried out and, finally, the biological activity of the synthesized compounds will be evaluated.
