Abstract

In order to meet the demand aimed at mitigating Waterborne and Foodborne Diseases (DTHA), presented by the National Health Surveillance System (SNVS) to the Federal University of São Paulo, the need to strengthen the technical training of health authorities was verified. of the National Health Surveillance System (SNVS) in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of food aligned with the Global Strategy for Food Safety, with the development of an EAD course for SNVS health authorities. Good Manufacturing Practices are understood as standards and procedures that aim to meet a certain standard of identity and quality of a product or service (RDC 275/2002). The project is based on the principles of the Global Strategy for Food Safety, which are: evidence-based, people-focused, cost-effective and forward-looking. It is aligned with Strategic Priority 1: Strengthen national food control systems and Strategic Objective 1.5: Strengthen food monitoring and surveillance programs. The scholarship holder will participate in the development and implementation of the pilot of the EAD course on GMP from a risk perspective (Product 5) and will develop his master's thesis, using data collected during the process, in which he will identify the socioeconomic and demographic profile of the health authorities of the SNVS, as well as your understanding of the course content and regulatory literacy. The Product 5 development process will be supported by Artificial Intelligence and will last 12 months. In the following months, in addition to the dissertation, the scholarship holder will participate in scientific events and publish scientific articles on the topic.
