Abstract The scientific initiation project will support the main Fapesp Young Investigator Grant (2023/11804-5). The aim of the project is to synthesize the starting materials necessary for the development of the microscale parallel synthesis method. Therefore, the project will enable the learning of techniques for organic synthesis, purification and the desing of bioactive compounds, as well as the use of techniques relevant to academic training, such as infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and analytical methods such as HPLC and LCMS. In addition, based on biological results, carried out through partnerships with our collaborators at the University of Antwerp, the student will learn how to build SAR studies. | |
