Abstract

In the past two years, the Interdisciplinary Study Group on Science and Technology (GEICT), a collective affiliated with the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy (DPCT) at the Institute of Geosciences, State University of Campinas (Unicamp), was awarded a Science Media grant from the José Reis Program for the Promotion of Scientific Journalism by FAPESP. The previous project achieved its goal of organizing and restructuring the group's existing communication channels. Therefore, the current proposal aims to continue the science communication plan previously established, maintaining the work that has been developed so far, which includes the production of journalistic reports, podcast episodes, and coverage of events and research conducted by GEICT participants. At the same time, it seeks to expand the already produced scope by creating content for platforms where GEICT's presence is not yet well established, such as YouTube.
