Abstract

Narcisa Amália, a prominent intellectual figure of the 19th century, stood out as a poet, feminist, republican, and abolitionist. Her work, Nebulosas, published in 1872, reflects social, political, and personal themes. With its inclusion in the USP entrance exam, the question arose: how can media platforms and multimodal hypertexts be used to enrich the reading experience of Nebulosas and make it more engaging for contemporary readers? This work aims to create an interactive digital edition of the poetry collection, incorporating contemporary technological resources. This new edition seeks to revitalize Narcisa Amália's work, promoting accessibility and engagement among new audiences, especially teenagers and young adults. The research also aims to contribute to the appreciation of female writers and the inclusion of diverse voices in the literary scene. Methodologically, the project combines bibliographic review, case study, and applied research, using approaches from textual criticism and multimedia communication. The research is based on studies of digital editorial production, with contributions from authors such as Muniz Jr. (2019), Travancas (2019), Ribeiro (2022), and Frederico (2018), among others. Expected outcomes include the development of an interactive digital edition of Nebulosas that offers an innovative and accessible reading experience. The project also aims to strengthen female empowerment and diversity in the publishing market, as well as stimulate technological modernization in the sector, aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on innovation (SDG 9) and reducing inequalities (SDG 10).
