Abstract

This project investigates the application of advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), in the identification, analysis, and systematization of decision-making patterns within the Judiciary and administrative spheres. By employing approaches such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and legal text mining, the study aims to map regularities, inconsistencies, and biases in decisions, promoting greater transparency, efficiency, and legal certainty. The research also explores the potential of LLMs to support automated decision-making and the development of legal decision-support systems, while respecting the principles of reasonableness, proportionality, and administrative discretion. The project seeks to contribute to the development of responsible technological solutions capable of enhancing the justice system. (AU)
