Abstract

The postdoctoral fellow will coordinate and carry out the methodology, data collection and analysis on teacher performance associated with the implementation of curriculum policies. In this way, she will be responsible for: reviewing the literature on teacher performance in the implementation of curriculum policies; selecting the participating schools and teachers; designing the data collection instruments (semi-structured interview scripts, drawing up vignettes and focus group scripts). She will also be responsible for coordinating data collection (with the support of the undergraduate research fellows), coding and analyzing the data. Finally, she will be responsible for writing articles on the challenges and strategies of teacher performance in the implementation of curriculum policies; and she will participate in conferences in the field.
