Abstract

The research plan "Information Management and Efficiency in Public Administration: Contributions to the Multidisciplinary Center for Strategy, Research, and Innovation of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of São Paulo" is part of the broader project entitled "Analysis of Organizational and Judicial Processes of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of São Paulo (PGE-SP) to Identify Efficiencies, Reduce Costs, and Promote Dejudicialization."This plan, to be carried out by a Postdoctoral Researcher under the supervision of Professor Luciana Romano Morilas, aims to manage the database of processes, research, and analyses to enhance efficiency in public administration, provide evidence for public policymaking, promote multidisciplinary collaboration, and seek sustainable and long-term accessible solutions. The goal is to gather evidence for public policies through data analysis to identify patterns and correlations, thus contributing reliable information to guide policymaking. Additionally, the plan aims to assess litigation incentives and propose adjustments. These activities will be developed through multidisciplinary collaboration, ensuring the project's sustainability over time. To this end, the plan seeks to integrate the broader project's fronts (data, legal, and management specialists) to develop long-lasting solutions through the implementation of continuous improvement practices. The following procedures and methods will be used: systematic literature review on efficiency in public management and judicial systems, based on a bibliographic survey and critical literature analysis; implementation of data anonymization protocols; identification of inefficiencies in administrative and judicial processes; analysis of the collected judicial and organizational data. The results will be disseminated through the promotion of interdisciplinary workshops to integrate knowledge and through the presentation of findings at events and in scientific articles published in national and international journals. Thus, the plan aims to promote Access to Justice by simplifying and removing bureaucratic barriers, thereby contributing to reducing litigation and delays and effectively enhancing access to justice.
