Abstract

Electric mobility represents one of the most significant challenges and opportunities for technological innovation and sustainability in smart cities. In this context, this project proposes the development of an intelligent and adaptive platform for electric mobility management based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Continuous Learning. The platform is an interoperability application that revolutionizes the electric vehicle driving experience, integrating and processing real-time data from the vehicle itself (battery level, driving behavior), external sources (weather, traffic, terrain), and urban infrastructure (availability and type of charging stations). With advanced technology, the system optimizes routes and charging in real-time, ensuring worry-free autonomy, smart recharging, and efficient planning. The use of continuous learning allows the platform to dynamically adapt to new scenarios without the need for retraining, making it scalable and robust for constantly changing urban environments. The project will be developed at the Applied Research Center in Artificial Intelligence (IARA), linked to the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences (ICMC) at USP, in partnership with a company in the electric and hybrid vehicle sector. This collaboration will ensure the practical application of the research, aligning with the goals of the IARA project to foster smart cities and advance knowledge in AI applied to sustainable mobility.
