Abstract

According the theory from Jean Piaget and Lawrence Kohlberg about the development moral from the judgement, this research have the objective to understand how the differences ways from injustice shows in the daily in a public fundamental and medium school from west paulista and make strategies to interview in the way to make relations more justs in the school space. The data collect will consist in the apply from a questionary in this following way: 20% from the total students in the school (N=164), 5% from the students parents who offer go to school (N=41), 100% of the teachers (N=37) and 100% from the employers (N=12), making a total from 254 participants. The collected data will be analyzed by the software SPSS/PC (Statistic Package for Social Science / Personal Computers for Windows version 9.0). The answers will be analyzed and compared, conform the paper exercised by the participant category in the investigated school: by students, by teachers, by students parents, by employers. In students category, will try to find, too, if the answers change conform the etary zone from the investigation. This changes (paper from the participant in the school and the etary zone from the students) will be crossed, from the way to find if hade different in the kinds of the answers founded and if this are signifants estatiscment. The statistics operacions used will be simple frequences, porcentage and Chi-square.
