Abstract Vehicle and road traffic cause an impedance to non-motorized population free movement; this difficulty of crossing the road and moving to the other side leads to a drop in accessibility to places of interest of the population and a reduction in pedestrian mobility. Changes in accessibility and mobility have a number of impacts on travel patterns, population attitudes and behavior, and their interaction with the community. The objective of this study is to analyze and evaluate the impacts of vehicular traffic and the circulation pathway in non-motorized populations. (AU) | |
