Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002), Master's, Doctorate and Post-Doctorate in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo (2005, 2009 and 2011, respectively). Professor at the Department of Exact Sciences - Chemistry at the "Luiz de Queiroz" School of Agriculture (ESALQ) at the University of São Paulo and Accredited in the Graduate Programs in Food Science and Technology at ESALQ and Chemistry in Agriculture and the Environment from the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture at the University of São Paulo. Responsible for the Disclosure Extension Group of the Food Science Course - GEDCAL (@alimentosusp). Current coordinator of the Food Science course at ESALQ/USP and coordinator of the Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology. Responsible for the research group at the Food and Analytical Chemistry Laboratory (@laqa.esalqusp). He works mainly on the following topics: Evaluation of the chemical composition of foods using analytical instrumentation; Reuse of agro-industrial waste; Environmentally friendly technologies in food analysis, Clean analytical chemistry, Optical analysis methods and Automation.
