Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002), Master's, Doctorate, and Post-Doctorate in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo (2005, 2009, and 2011, respectively). Associate Professor at the Department of Exact Sciences - Chemistry at the "Luiz de Queiroz" School of Agriculture (ESALQ) at the University of São Paulo and accredited in the Postgraduate programs in Food Science and Technology at ESALQ and Chemistry in Agriculture and the Environment from the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture at the University of São Paulo. Responsible for the Extension group in Dissemination of the Food Science Course - GEDCAL (@alimentosusp). Current coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Food Science and Technology. Responsible for the research group at the Food and Analytical Chemistry Laboratory (@laqa.esalqusp). Effective member of the Brazilian Chemical Society. Deputy director of the Food and Drinks Division of the Brazilian Chemical Society. Works mainly on the following topics: Assessment of the chemical composition of foods using analytical instrumentation; Reuse of agro-industrial waste; Environmentally friendly technologies in food analysis; clean analytical chemistry; optical analysis methods, and Automation.
