Previously was a Law Professor at "Faculdades Unidas Metropolitanas - FMU (2009)" and at "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" University - UNESP (2009). Lawyer. Member of Digital Law Commission of Sao Paulo Bar Association at Ribeirao Preto (OAB/SP-Ribeirao Preto Section - 2020-2022). Professor and advisor of post graduate studies at São Paulo Faculty of Law - FDUSP (2010 - 2018). Her legal experience includes, Personal Data Protection, Contract Law, Consumer Law, Electronic Law, Digital Law, including Artificial Intelligence. Author of many published books, papers and chapters of books. Leader of the Research Group LGPD Observatory (http://dgp.cnpq.br/dgp/espelhogrupo/4485179444454399) and of the Research Group Observatory of the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Law (http://dgp.cnpq.br/dgp/espelhogrupo/2215582162179038). President of Advanced Institute on Data Protection (IAPD) and Research Fellow of Sabbatical Program of IEA-RP/USP (Fev. to Aug. 2020).
