She holds a degree in Technology in Data Processing from the São Paulo Foundation of Technology and Education (1995), a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (1999) and a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (2004) . She is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Mathematical and Computer Sciences - ICMC - USP, working in the Computer Systems department. She has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis in Computer Networks, specifically in Security, working in: critical embedded systems, computer networks, performance evaluation and unmanned aerial vehicles.
