Works in the field of Experimental Physics and Materials Science, with emphasis on solution-processable electronics and semiconductor devices, including MIS capacitors, Schottky diodes, thin-film transistors (TFTs), and photovoltaic devices. Has experience in processing solution-based and biodegradable materials, such as metal oxides and conductive inks. Currently, research interests focus on perovskite solar cells, particularly on studying device physics and developing advanced protocols for electrical and optoelectronic characterization.
