Graduated in Agroindustrial Engineering - Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (2014). He have a Master's degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He is currently a doctoral student in Engineering program from UNICAMP. Has experience in Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Food Science and Technology, acting on the following topics: food quality analysis using NIR spectroscopy, food authentication using non-destructive techniques and development and characterization of biomaterials. He completed two internships, one at the CRAW Agricultural Research Centre in Gembloux (Belgium) and School of Biological Sciences of Queen's University of Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK).
