On going Direct PhD in Food and Nutrition at PPGAN/FEA at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). I conduct research on the postprandial and chronic effect of consuming high-fat diets, especially with interesterified fats, on the development of metabolic diseases, inflammation and intestinal microbiota.I am part of the Biotechnological Platform for Healthy Ingredients (NPOP-PBIS), conducting research on Platform I - Special Lipids. (Process FAPESP No. 20/07015-7 and 2025/09554-6).). She is the author of 1 registered patent (BR1020240090128) and some published articles in the area of #8203;#8203;epidemiology, nutrition and obesity. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of Acre (2021). I began researches in the areas of #8203;#8203;clinical nutrition, epidemiology and obesity.
