Birthplace: Brazil

Scientist pursuing a career in biogeochemical research, with Bachelor in Environmental Chemistry by UNESP; Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry by UNESP; Ph.D degrees in Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry by University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil) and in Chemistry by Université de Toulon (UTLN, France). Research interests include characterization, structure, dynamics and reactivity of natural organic matter (NOM), as well as carbon cycle, especially in natural and agricultural soils, and development and applications of analytical and spectroscopy techniques for environmental studies. Skills in FAAS, GFAAS, UV-Vis, FTIR, NMR, Pyrolysis GC-MS, EEM/PARAFAC, Analysis of Quenching, TRFS and Isotopic Analysis. She was Postdoctorate at Embrapa Instrumentação in São Carlos in the group of Dr. Ladislau Martin-Neto, evaluating the Organic Matter in Soils under Integrated Crop - Livestock - Forest Systems (CLFS) from 2018 to 2022. In October 2022, I was awarded a Visiting Researcher grant by the MOPGA 2022 program (Campus France) to assess the lability of blue carbon in African mangrove sediments at the Université de Toulon. In October 2023, I was selected as an ATER for 1 year at the Mediterranean Institute of Oceanography (MIO), Université de Toulon, France, in the Marine Environmental Chemistry (CEM) laboratory. I am currently working as an ATER in Biogeochemistry at the Sorbonne University in Paris, in the METIS laboratory. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
