Bachelor in Biomedical Science, Master and PhDc of the Molecular Biology Program of the Universidade Federal de São Paulo/ Escola Paulista de Medicina (UNIFESP/ EPM) with international grant for Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in the Helmholtz Association (MDC, Germany). He participated in several projects of cellular and gene therapy for cardiovascular diseases and the development of new therapeutic tools for regenerative medicine. He is also a collaborator in NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) sequencing projects and associated technologies of the Center for Research and Molecular Diagnosis of Genetic Diseases of UNIFESP-EPM. He was recently honored by the International Mariinskaya Academy (Moscow, Russia), associated with the Academy of Natural History of Russia, becoming member of the editorial board of this institution. He has experience in: a) Academic research in the field of Genetics and Molecular Biology, with emphasis on Gene Therapy and Cellular (Advanced Therapies), acting mainly on the following topics: tissue repair, angiogenesis, experimental animal models, knockout animals, kinins and molecular pathology ; b) Teaching: graduation and undergraduation, medical school and health areas; c) Leadership and people management, acting as pedagogical coordinator; d) scientific advisor, formulation of PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) for applications in medicine.
