Assistant Professor at UNESP, Universidade Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, in the city of Bauru, in the Department of Psychology.He holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ). Master in Behavior Analysis from the State University of Londrina (UEL). PhD in Psychology from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) with a doctoral internship at the National University of Ireland - Maynooth (NUIM) in Ireland (supported by Capes/INCT-ECCE and later by Fapesp). He was a Capes / INCT ECCE fellow in a postdoctoral internship at UFSCar. He carried out a second Post-Doctorate with the help of Fapesp at UFSCar in which he was awarded with BEPE and worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Ghent University (UGent), in Ghent, Belgium.He was President of the Brazilian Contextual Behavioral Science Association (ACBS-Brasil) for 3 years (2018-2021). He was a member of the Culture, Language and Symbolic Behavior Research Group (CLiCS), of the National Institute of Science and Technology on Behavior, Cognition and Teaching (INCT-ECCE).He is currently a member of the Behavior Analysis of Language and Cogniton Research Group International (BALC-I) and is a member of the ABAI and ACBS-Br associations. Develops research on behavioral processes related to language and human cognition, especially from the perspective of Relational Frame Theory (RFT), focusing on flexibility of relational networks, transformation and transfer of functions, investigation of social biases and experimental analogues of psychopathologies .
