Abstract

A new synthesis procedure is introduced for static H-infinity, loop shaping problem in discrete-time case. LMI conditions are derived to obtain a static output feedback controller that ensures the robust stability and performance of the closed-loop system. A numerical example illustrates the use of the proposed control method with application to a VTOL ({''}vertical take-off landing{''}) aircraft model. (C) 2017 The Franklin Institute.
