Abstract

In this contribution, we report on effects due to the cluster configuration of boron isotopes, B-8, B-10, B-11 and B-12, in the elastic scattering on Ni-58 target at energies close to the Coulomb barrier. The results of coupled channel calculations, where the different configurations of the boron isotopes, B-8 = Be-7+p, B-10 = Li-6+alpha, B-11=Li-7+alpha and B-12=B-11+n, have been attributed to different effects in the angular distributions for the elastic scattering process, are present.
