Abstract
It is a single equipment (not several) capable of carrying out all stages of ice cream production: pasteurization-homogenization-production-packaging-presentation, as well as replacing the different machines nowadays used by the three main sectors of the market: Artisanal (gelato/ice cream parlors), Industrial (medium and large-scale factories such as LaBasque, Kibon, etc.) and Soft (fast food chains such as McDonald's), with the advantage of having coupled in it an ice cream decorating robot and a blast freezer, unprecedent in the market. It is composed of six relevant subsets: Ice cream mix preparation unit; Pumping and aeration unit; Beat and freeze unit; Robotic decorating unit for ice cream coming out of the Beat Unit, which could be called the "ice cream 3D printer"; Ice cream post-freezing unit and Integral cabinet.
