Abstract

Industrial and commercial development of the product resulting from the research PIPE 2012/51088-2, a machine for ice cream production and decoration able to replace the existing equipment in the current Artisan, Industrial and Soft markets. Comprises the following work areas: (1) Product design: Definition of constructive configurations that meet feasibility, cost and functionality criteria, generating drawings of parts and assemblies. (2) Manufacture: Search of techniques and procedures to enable the execution of the machine in the planned quantities. (3) Certifications: Submission of the product to national and international safety and sanitary approvals. (4) Technical support: Strategic plan for customer service while using the equipment, both online and in person, with trained technicians at points where the product will be marketed. (5) Business Plan: Strategies for insertion of the product into the market, through trade shows, marketing plans and promotion, market niches research, business model and financial analysis for five years.
