Abstract

This plan refers to the application of the portion for institutional infrastructure costs for research by FAPESP (Fiscal Year 2023/Base Year 2022) to the Interdisciplinary Center for Energy Planning (NIPE) of the University of Campinas (Unicamp), in accordance with current regulations. The total amount of the Technical Reserve for Institutional Research Infrastructure available is R$202,500.00. The plan describes the actions planned for the adaptation and improvement of the infrastructure of the Pilot Plant for Bioenergy (PPBIOEN) of NIPE based on a diagnosis of the current situation, aiming mainly to improve the development of scientific research aligned with technological development at scale. The proposal to improve the existing infrastructure should support the approach of companies to scientific research, in the same way that it will enrich the vision of applied technological research, both developed at the university.
