Abstract

The objective this study is to revaluate, thorough nutritional balance and data collected at sloughter, the standadized ileal digestibilty of amino acid, nitrogen retention and energy utilization of ingredients with thicken broilers, layer hans and weaned piglets wth or without exogen enzymes. The birds will be allotted in completely randomized and 7 replications. The piglets will be allotted in randomized block design. The evaluated ingredients will be: whole rice, corn grain, pearl millet, sorghum, extruded whole soybean, soybean meal 45%, sunflower meal, defatted rice meal and wheat bran. The thicken broilers (1960) from 1 to 21 days of age, will be allotted to receive a basal diet and treatments in seven replications, and experimental unit will be 7 birds/cage disposal in batteries of six floors. The collection of excreta will be carried from 14 to 21 days and ileal content at the end of assay. Layer hens (1120) will be allotted to receive basal diet and treatment diets in seven replications. The experimental unit will be 4 birds, housed in laying cages disposal in line with feeders, nipple drinkers and trays for excreta collections. Experimental evaluation will start from 20 weeks of age of birds and, simultaneously, will be evaluated egg mass and shell as probable effects from enzyme in this treatment phase.Hundred seventy five piglets will be split in groups of 25 for each assay and within assay distributed in randomized block design based on initial weight to receive basal diet and treatments under 5 replications.
