Abstract

The HLA-G molecules either express on cell surface or in the soluble form play an important role in the induction of immunological tolerance. These molecules are express in various cells type and their involvement in the generation of regulatory T lymphocytes was previously described. The aim of this study is to understand the immunoregulatory function of HLA-G express on plasmacytoid dendritic cells in patients with multiple sclerosis and if the neuron express HLA-G in different phases of EAE.
