Abstract

The Psychosocial Care Network "born", by ordinance GM / MS No. 3088/2011, consists of a network of care, which aims to ensure people with distress / mental disorder and needs related to crack use, alcohol and other drugs, integral and humanized assistance. It aims to consolidate a model of open and community-based care, offering the guarantee of free movement of people with mental problems for the services, community and city. Study descriptive / exploratory, qualitative approach, understood as the way to give greater support to the study, conducted by open interviews the interest in producing material for further discussion. It aims to describe the organization and the articulation of Psychosocial Care Network, the care in Mental Health Network in the catchment area Lapa-Pinheiros and Leopoldina-Perdizes, the Midwest Region of São Paulo. The data will be worked light of dialectic approach with the analytical categories Mental Health National Policy and the Psychosocial Rehabilitation. Will be invited to participate top level professionals of mental health services, Basic Health Units, Health Family Support Centers, Office on the street, Psychiatric Emergency Services, Therapeutic Residence Service and Community Center and Cooperative, which fall in delimitdas care networks for the study.
