Abstract

In the 15 days meeting, we will have the following main activities: 1. Meetings of work to prepare a collaborative research project, to be send an funding agency; 2. Meetings for discussion of texts, to familiarize each group of researchers with the interpretative universes of the two traditions of urban research; 3. Field works, to expand the contact of the visiting professor with the reality of middle cities that will be object of study. The debates will be focused the following analytical plans: A. Urban restructuring and cities (comparative studies) B. Public Policy for Social Housing; C. Public Space: production and uses; D. Spatial practices of dwellers. (AU)
