Abstract

This project aims to analyze the consequences for the organization of work in school, emphasizing the school´s management of Pythagoras partnership between the Foundation and the Municipal Education of Alecrim established to implement the Integrated Management System from 2006 and the Program Management Excellence from 2009. The research is a study of case that will require investigation about the spheres involved in the establishment of the partnership, the details of the two management programs adopted and the lifting of the observed changes in the sphere of school units that integrate the research. The stage of schooling to be investigated is the elementary school and the period for data collection is the series between 2005 and 2011. (AU)
