Objective: 1. Assessing the marginal infrastructure and unit fixed prosthesis made with a CAD / CAM system with three types of data acquisition: a) The acquisition system intraoral iTero data and b) the intra-acquisition system Cerec BlueCam oral data and c) a conventional optical scanning (3s). Methodology: It will be made a metal die, simulating a fixed prosthesis three elements that will be molded with silicone and obtained plaster models. The dimensions of the preparations are transferred to the software as follows (n = 10): 1) direct molding of preparations with the acquisition system intraoral data iTero (Cadent), 2) direct molding of preparations with the acquisition system intra oral data Cerec BlueCam (Sirona) and 3) Scanning of the models with the optical scanner 3s (DWOS). For each data acquisition system will be obtained ten files with the anatomy of the preparations. Then the software will be used (DWOS) for the design of 30 prototype infrastructure for fixed prosthesis three elements on the data acquired in the scanning phase. The prototypes will be transferred through the system for milling CAD / CAM Connection. The infrastructure on the dies are made of Zirconia. As a control 10 structures will be made on the preparations using the conventional technique of lost wax for making structures in NI-CR. All 40 samples obtained will be submitted to 12 measurements of vertical marginal discrepancy in optical microscopy three-dimensional three-dimensional optical microscope (Mitutoyo Quick-Scope). The pieces are then sectioned and the connectors are made new measurements of copings unitários.A statistically significant difference in the initial hypotheses of equality of effects "interactions" will be tested using the model of analysis variância.O study of the interaction effect will be conducted by Tukey's test and displayed through the graphic medium.
