The aim of this study is to develop and characterize a composite for endodontic filling and evaluate the bond strength to root dentin of an experimental composite, a commercial gutta-percha (Endosequence BC) and conventional gutta-percha associated with AH Plus sealer, through the μpush-out test. The analysis of fracture patterns will be held with scanning eletron microscopy (SEM). EDX analysis and SEM-EDS will be held to verify the composition of the tested materials. The influence of the experimental composites and different types of gutta percha in adherence and biofilm formation by oral bacteria staining with Live / Dead using a confocal laser microscope will be assessed.
