Abstract

In the middle of 70s, after the decimation of the armed struggle organizations by the military regime, the end of socialist experience in Chile, and the "political opening" by the Geisel government, a new political model of reaction will be present. New organizations appear with the interest to fight for the Amnesty and freedom of the political prisoners, the return of the exiled and, later, the redemocratization process. This work has the objective of trying to understand and, if possible, answer some questions, such as: How was this change in understanding of the resistance concept for the exiles? And this last gasp of exile for the Brazilians? The return to his country is a continuation or a new rupture? How the experience of these newcomers is used by the movements of democratization post-amnesty? And how is the participation of this ex-exiled to Brazil in transition and democratization? (AU)
