Abstract

The observed changes in growth rates of real estate production in recent years, is about to expand the supply of new property, it is still the clear impacts that have produced on the prices of land and housing is accompanied also by more structural changes in the organization capital property, directly responsible for acting on this branch of economic activities. Beside the opening of several of these capital on the stock exchange, resulting in a new level of competition and spatial expansion of its operations, there is still a strong presence of small and medium local capital acting strictly on the scale every city. Given such constraints as a starting point, this research aims to investigate the origin, the beginning of its production, the types of projects undertaken (or subdivisions and launches), its features, prices and locations in each city and in a comparative perspective, the formal local real estate agents and those who spend them work from the second half of the 1990s and the 2000s.
