Abstract

The proposed postdoctoral is linked to the Thematic Project FAPESP: "Standardization herbal medicines for the treatment of chronic diseases "intends to conduct a study with Arrabidaea brachypoda species, to enable the development of a phytomedimedicine according to the requirements of current legislation. In a second moment, a profundidade in pharmacological tests with compounds already isilados of Arrabidaea brachypoda, since in previous project these same compounds showed extremely promising potential for the development of PPPs, with activities in Malaria, Chagas and Leischmania. With the results of this survey anteriorly, three patents have been deposited at the National Institute for Research and Innovation (INPI) and the Swiss Agency for Innovation. (AU)
