Abstract

Direct functionalization of graphite, carbon nanotube and other electrode materials have been a subject of study for different applications such as sensor, biosensor, fuel cells among others. In this proposal we intend to develop: i) preparation and characterization of carbon nanotube functionalized with ferrocenecarboxylic acid mediated by microwave radiation. ii) Studying the materials obtained from item II.I to develop carbon paste electrode using agglutinant solvent hydrophobic (nujol) and hydrophilic (4nitrophenyloctyleter - NPOE).
