Abstract

The observed changes in rates of growth of real output in recent years in expanding the supply of new homes and the impact they have made on the price of land and housing is accompanied also by further structural changes in the organization of real estate capital charge by acting directly on this sector of economic activities. Beside the opening of several of these capital in the stock market, resulting in a new level of competition and spatial expansion of its operations, still verifying the strong presence of small and medium local capital acting strictly on the scale of each city. Within these changes in the activities of real estate agents will pick up, articulating another process gaining strength that is the financialization of the real estate market, with reinforcements from the supply of credit available via credit card for the supply of furniture and home appliances - the "My House Best card" - tied to those who were awarded houses "Minha Casa, Minha Vida".
