The Brazil has excelled in developing science and technology (S&T) and academic publications, being the 14th country that produces research in the world. However, the articles produced in specialized journals in the country are barely mentioned in the Brazilian mass media, maybe one of the reasons for unknow of national science between non - specialized population. The situation is even more critical when discussing knowledge of scientific journals in the human sciences, which historically bore the stigma of public understanding of science just be the natural areas, that is the human sciences lose ground in the media and in the general interest of the people. In this scenario, this research aims to develop communication strategies (such as construction and monitoring of content for social media, publications for ComCiência magazine, drafting releases and workshops with members of the magazines, for example) that presents the topics of journals scientific published at the University of São Paulo (USP), focused on the humanities, in the media. The selection of journals developed by USP was made because of the prominence of the university in the global scientific production, being the leader in Latin America’s ranking and the 12th institution in the world with over publications indexed in the Scopus database. Altogether, there are 98 journals in the portal USP, and of these, 36 are about human sciences's issues. In this overall sample, were selected the academic journals Educação e Pesquisa (FE), Estudos Avançados (IEA), Matrizes (ECA), Psicologia USP (IP), Revista de Antropologia (FFLCH), Scientiae Studia (FFLCH) and Tempo Social (FFLCH).
