Abstract

The electrospinning technique by solution have been widely used for the production of nanofiber webs for tissue engineering. The nanohidroxiapatita (nHAp) it is a ceramic biomaterial used for bone reconstruction. The production of nanocomposites based on polymer nanofibers with embedded nHAp aims to improve the mechanical properties associated with bioactivity nHAp, and these interesting properties in the regeneration of bone tissue. The purpose of this article is the study of the physicochemical properties and the production of nanofibers the polymer poly (butylene adipate-co tereftalo (PBAT) with the incorporation of nanohidroxiapatita (nHAp) using the electrospinning method. However, to get to the elaboration of such will be necessary to study the physical and chemical effects of polymer solutions along with the reasons mass / volume nHAp. With this, will be assessed the relationship of organic solvents, liofilizantes agents, solution density, surface tension, temperature and humidity. The process of nHAp dispersion using ultrasonic irradiation are also evaluated such as: time, temperature and inserting liofilizante agent. Electrospinning parameters will be studied, such as applied voltage, distance from the counter electrode and collector type. The webs of nanofibers are characterized using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and analysis by goniometry differential scanning calorimetry. Expected to get a new composite nanobiomaterial to the PBAT / nHAp base that can be used in tissue engineering aimed at bone regeneration. (AU)
