Abstract

Graphene oxide (GO) is an alternative high potential for maximizing returns electrochemical biosensors due to its high electrical conductivity and high flexibility, enabling effective sensors, which meets present diagnostic needs. Among the most challenging evils, prostate cancer endures as the type of cancer that afflicts more men worldwide. The dynamic infestation and risk of metastasis of the disease puts its primary diagnosis. The aim of the proposed design is the development of electrochemical immunosensors GO nanoparticles modified with antimony (SbNPs) using quantum dots (QDs) as biomarkers for prostate epithelial antigen (PSA), is cast as a remarkable modern bias fast, efficient and highly sensitive detection of the disease.
