Abstract

In this project I intend to elaborate a research with the teacher and researcher Josette Féral at the University Paris Sorbonne III, to develop and deepen theoretical discussions about the presence of the actor, the structure, the spontaneity and to present reflections on stage presence. The research will be made by interviews with Josette Féral from France, one of the most important researchers of contemporary theory in the area of theater, who will be my supervisor. It will also be made through detailed studies of concepts such as training, physical and vocal actions, impulses, acting and stage presence, in its research and publications. My goal is to link together the investigated concepts of the research of Josette Féral with the methodology of corporeal mimesis that have been developed by LUME (Interdisciplinary Center of Theatrical Research - UNICAMP) and by my student counselor in Brazil, Raquel Scotti Hirson. After that I presented my project and developed questions on the topics listed above for the teacher Josette Féral, she accepted to guide me in this International Research Internship that is expected to start in February 2016. It would be a great opportunity for deepening in the research of stage presence through the corporeal mimesis methodology. (AU)
