Abstract

The proposed work is about the plastic brain. The 20th-century idea that the adult brain is essentially fixed is changing into a new model of a plastic organic that adapts to changing circumstances. Research about the plastic brain and how to find new ways of treatment for people with mental illness are among the sciences 10 hottest fields. Therefore, the understanding of how to evolve a network whose final state reassembles functionally or physically a brain is our first step to investigate. The outcomes of this research will also contribute to researchers working in the area of complex sciences mainly by introducing the following three topics of research: (I) a route to weak synchronisation in networks, (II) the synchronisation control, (III) the study of plasticity.
