Abstract

This in vitro study will evaluate the effects of different remineralization in eroded and abraded human enamel. To this end, 60 samples (4x4x1,5mm) will be made from third molars healthy humans. Erosion will occur in all groups followed by remineralization (with the exception of G1), and abrasion. The 6 groups (n = 10) will be randomly according to the different remineralization: G1- Without remineralization; G2-30min; G3-1h; G4-1h30; G5-2; G6-4h. Erosion will be performed for 2 minutes with 1% citric acid (pH2.3) and abrasion with slurry of distilled water with Colgate Maxima Proteção (1500ppm F) with the aid of electric brush (15s per sample + 1min45s of immersion in slury). All specimens will be evaluated in Optical Evaluation of surface wear (n = 60). The results will be according to the statistical test most indicated after the homogeneity and normality of the data.
