Abstract

The present project consists of verifying the process of implementation of the Regulatory Framework of Civil Society Organizations (MROSC) - Law 13,019 of 2014 - in the city of Belo Horizonte and in the state of Bahia under the perspective of the coproduction of goods, services and public policies, (CSOs), which was developed by Ostrom (1996) and deepened by other actors (BOVAIRD, 2007; BOYLE; HARRIS, 2009; BODE; BRANDSEN, 2014; BRANDSEN; HONINGH, 2016). provision of public services.For this, it is contemplated the systematization of theoretical reference on coproduction of public policies, aiming the understanding of the relations between multiple actors and sectors in the said process.It is noteworthy that this project is the continuation of a research of Scientific Initiation called "Partnerships between State and Civil Society Organizations - CSOs: challenges in the construction of collaborations for the implementation of the MROSC", performed voluntarily and part financed by the Unified Program (USP), made by the candidate during the graduation in Public Policy Management at USP, which constituted part of a larger study structure (Fapesp Regular Aid Project 15/02834-1, coordinated by by Prof. Patrícia Mendonça). In addition, the student also served as research assistant in the publication of Mendonça (2017) on the subject. (AU)
