Abstract

The post-doctoral project, part of the thematic project 'Consumption of ultra-processed foods, diet quality and obesity in seven countries', involves studies regarding the impact of ultra-processed foods on the risk of obesity in three cohorts of children born in Pelotas, Brazil, and in one cohort of children living in Andhra Pradesh, India, besides the post-doc participation in other studies led by researchers and other post-docs attached to the thematic project.
