At present, school should not be viewed as a space restricted to cultural and scientific knowledge, but also ethical and aesthetic, which innovates and contributes to students in their teaching and learning processes. In this way, the practice of innovation requires the mobilization of efforts and constant integration, through the struggle for the maintenance of the value and importance of the school, allied to innovative curricula, meaningful educational goals and able to train the student. It is in this way that we point out the Integral Education Program (PEI), which defined a school model that provides students with curricular classes with opportunities to learn and develop practices that will support them in the planning and execution of their Life Project . Therefore, we will analyze the configuration and possible innovations of the Integral Education Program (PEI) from the perspective of the managers, taking the particular case of the state schools of the municipality of Presidente Prudente - SP. The methodological approach of the research is structured in two moments, the first one is subsidized in the planning, the conduction and the systematization of the data that will take as base the accomplishment of literature review from an organization protocol; the second moment will be possible through the contact with the Regional Directorate of Education of Presidente Prudente with the intention of authorizing the accomplishment of the fieldwork in schools, which in turn will focus on semi-structured interviews with the managers (director, vice -director, coordinator) in the schools where the IEP is developed in 2019.
