Abstract

The technological transition underway in sugarcane agrobusiness, in the 10th Administrative Region of Presidente Prudente, as part of the productive restructuring of capital, is materialized using intense mechanization of the cut and plant and with the dependent chemical model. The consequences of the worker and collective health process, in terms of exposure to risks, workers 'dangers and environmental damage, also affect the dimension of the subjectivity of work or political organization, the Rural Workers Indicators (STRs) and the Workers' Indicators Rural Employees (SER). This maintains the changes to the territorial reorganization caused by the expansion of the powdered sugar monoculture, or which is amplified as social contradictions in this territory historically marked by land conflicts, or which stimulates correlations between workers' health-disease processes, as forms of resistance , as actions carried out by STR and SER within the scope of the class struggle in the 10th Administrative Region of Presidente Prudente. In this way, we intend to execute qualitative and quantitative methodological procedures, understand how the way an organization / representation (politics, economy and ideology) was affected and the health of workers in the municipalities that make up our registry, mainly in the second decade of the 2000s, of Brazilian history, which materializes constant, direct and indirect attacks on the social protection network that includes social assistance and solidary social assistance, as a model of reparation and intergenerational solidarity and labour laws.
