Works in the areas of Collective Health and Clinical Nutrition. Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Professional Master's Degree in Family Health and tutor of the Multiprofessional Integrated Residency in Health, researching the role of diet and its determinants in chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs).Graduated in Nutrition from the Institute of Biosciences of UNESP/Botucatu-SP and PhD in Pathophysiology in Internal Medicine - Health Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu UNESP, where she also held a Postdoctoral degree.
