Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Botucatu. Instituto de Biociências (IBB)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences (2015 Teaching Credential, and 2017 Bachelor of Science) from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu (IBB). He earned a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Graduate Program in Biotechnology, IBB/UNESP. From 2012 to 2014, he interned at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at IBB/UNESP, where he conducted research in the field of Immunology, focusing on morphological alterations (skeletal and visceral) in fetuses of rats treated with Silibinin. At the Department of Chemical and Biological Sciences of IBB/UNESP, he carried out research focusing on cell signaling in response to biomaterials and cellular cross-talk mediated by paracrine factors or extracellular vesicles (EVs) produced by endothelial cells in osteoblasts. He is currently a research collaborator at Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam, with a focus on evaluating kinase profiles in exosomes within the context of cell signaling and tumornon-tumor cell cross-talk. Was a finalist in the 24th Young Talent Award in Life Sciences SBBq 2021. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Faculty of Applied Sciences (FCA), investigating the role of physical exercise in improving obesity and in modulating inflammatory, lipogenic, and energetic profiles through mitochondrial protein MTCH2. Conducted a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Biophysics and Pharmacology, Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu/IBB/UNESP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Erick José Ramo Da Silva, with a project aimed at developing a new CRISPR/Cas9 mouse model as a target for male contraception. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at IBYME Buenos Aires, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mariano Buffone, focusing on the role of SEMG1 protein in sperm function.
