RESUMÉ : Dr. Lucia Helena Innocentini MeiGraduated (1977), Master's (1981), Doctorate (1986) by the Institute of Chemistry at UNICAMP and Post Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering by the University of Florida / Gainesville-USA (1996-1997). Since 1987 she has been a member of the faculty of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at Unicamp, becoming Full Professor in Polymer Science in 2002. She participated as representative of Brazil and Unicamp / FEQ, in the group of specialists in Environmentally Degradable Plastics organized by ICS (International Center for Science and High Technology in Trieste / Italy), 1998 to 2008). His most recent research focuses on the development of biobased and / or synthetic polymeric composites and nanocomposites, aiming mainly at biodegradable and biocompatible characteristics, for health and environmental applications. Collaborates with several research groups from other National and International Institutions. Won "Inventor Petrobrás 2010 / PETROBRÁS" Awards, November 2010, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; "Inventores 2019 awarded by the Innovation Agency INOVA / UNICAMP" in the Licensed Technology category.
